For eight nights, our chefs present a Hanukkah dinner menu inspired by tradition, seasonality, and the vibrant culinary spirit of Tel Aviv. Enjoy specials including Lamb Kibbeh with preserved lemon toum, Kataifi Schnitzel (choice of chicken, cod, or lion’s mane mushroom), and indulgent desserts including olive oil cake with honey and citrus or rose-raspberry sufganiyot filled with pistachio cream.
