How do I make a reservation at AVIV?

Does AVIV accept walk-ins?

At AVIV, we welcome walk-ins, but we encourage making a reservation to ensure your seating, as it can get quite busy and walk-in seating is not guaranteed.

Does AVIV offer vegetarian options or accommodate dietary restrictions?

Guests are encouraged to notify the restaurant in advance or inform their server upon arrival to ensure the best possible experience.

Where should we park if we’re dining at AVIV?

Public street parking is available in the area around 1 Hotel South Beach. You can also valet with us. The cost to valet your vehicle is $25 for up to 4 hours per vehicle is available with venue validation at AVIV. Price is subject to change based on high-impact dates and city-wide events.

Does AVIV offer electric vehicle charging on-site?

Yes, we have charging stations located in our parking garage.

Is AVIV a Kosher Restaurant?

AVIV is Kosher style - meaning our kitchen does not mix milk and meat and we have Kosher meats available on the menu. While we take care to respect these foundational principles, AVIV is not a certified kosher establishment. This means there is no formal rabbinical supervision on-site, and certain elements such as sourcing, preparation processes, and overall certification may not meet the requirements for those who strictly observe kashrut.

Is there outdoor seating available?

Professional photography and videography are not permitted in public spaces or within the restaurant. However, for booked event spaces photography and videography may be permitted.

Do you host private events?
